About the Butterflies School of Culinary & Catering (BSCC)
Butterflies NGO pioneered culinary training for underserved youth, launching the first program in India more than 20 years ago. The 2-year curriculum prepares adolescents, 17+ years, for hospitality careers. Simultaneously they complete their high school education through the National Institute of Open Schooling. Exposed to varied cuisines, students get hands-on training in nutrition, food preparation, packaging, distribution, marketing, and financial management. Industrial training and internships at prestigious institutions cap the experience. Learn more.
